Theresa M. Bojdo, (nee Gonzales), age 80, of Lorain, passed away at UH Elyria Medical Center on the evening of Monday January 24, 2022 following a brief illness. She was born in Lorain on February 25, 1941 and remained a life-long resident of the city.

A parishioner of St. Peter Parish, Theresa was dedicated to her family and cherished her role as both mother and grandmother. When not involved with babysitting her grandchildren, she enjoyed walking and solving crossword puzzles. She also was frequently kidded about her love for Entenmann’s donuts.

She is survived by children Francis “Frank” Bojdo (Desa Cabatuando) of North Carolina, Katherine Bojdo of Parma, Theresa Zielinsky (John) of Strongsville, John Bojdo of Old Brooklyn, and Joseph Bojdo (Nicole) of Lorain. She also leaves grandchildren Alex, Milla, Max, Anthony, Joseph, Jameson, Marisela, Madeline, Theresa, and Alayna, great granddaughter Maliyah, as well as brothers Raymond Gonzales of Lorain and Arthur Gonzales residing in West Virginia, and sister Mary Jones of Lorain.

Theresa was preceded in death by her parents Jesus and Theresa (nee Moreno) Gonzales, former husband John Bojdo, five brothers, and one sister.
