 Carol A. White (nee Costello), 64, of Lorain, died Sunday July 25, 2010 at New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph in Lorain after a long illness.She was born September 22, 1945 in Lorain and had been a lifelong Lorain area resident. Carol graduated from Lorain High School. Prior to starting her family, she worked in the dietary department at St. Joseph Hospital in Lorain. She was a member of the Catholic Church of St. Peter in Lorain. She enjoyed sports and fishing, was an avid fan of Cleveland sports teams and enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her children: Kimberly White of Lorain, Melissa White of Lorain, Gregory J. White of Amherst and Michael White of Lorain, granddaughter Marissa White of Lorain and sisters and brothers Joseph Costello of Lorain, Sherry Barlow of Lorain, Bill Costello of Amherst, Rosemary Taylor of Canton and Richard Costello of Lorain. She was preceded in death by her husband Gregory A. White on December 14, 2002 and parents Joseph and Ann Costello (nee Machnic). |
