 Halina E. Kozieracki (nee Jakubowski), 85, of Lorain, died Sunday February 7, 2010 at Lake Pointe Health Center in Lorain.She was born November 5, 1924 in Poland and had resided in Lorain since 1975 moving from Barberton. Halina was a member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Lorain. She enjoyed cooking. She is survived by her daughter Barbara Chaplin (Gregory) of Chippewa Lake, grandson Nicholas Chaplin (Katherine) of Massillon, great grandson Logan Chaplin and sisters Barbara Matteusson of Gotteborg, Sweden and Jadwiga Wieczorek of Warsaw, Poland. |
