 Michael A. “Mick” Buri, 61, of Lorain, died Friday February 5, 2010 at EMH Regional Medical Center in Elyria after a long illness.He was born March 28, 1948 in Lorain and had been a lifelong Lorain area resident. Mick worked in the maintenance department at the Lorain Ford Assembly Plant and later worked as a mechanic at the Llewelyn Pontiac dealership in Lorain. He was a member of Mary Mother of God Catholic Church in Lorain. He enjoyed working on cars. He is survived by his sons Christopher J. Buri and Jefferey Buri, both of Wellington, mother Julie Buri (nee Leonard) of Kentucky, grandchildren Jonathan Buri, Kristen Buri, Lisa Buri, Dylan Buri and Austin Buri and sisters Sylvia Crisp of Kentucky and Carol Clark of Arizona. He was preceded in death by his wife Donna K. Buri (nee Ford) on June 17, 2007, son David Buri and father Michael W. Buri. |
